Stellenbeschreibung
- Lead a team of site security personnel, including site managers, field training officers, and security officers
- Responsible for the provision of physical security-related services at one or more assigned data centers in a geographic area
- Management responsibility for 15-20 employees
- Responsibility for leadership development
- Provision of security operations
- Acts as the main point of contact for the assigned customer on site
- Responsible for the further development of customer relationships and processes
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience including management experience in the security industry
- Very good written and spoken English
- Knowledge and experience with various security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, incident management software and other video surveillance software
- Gladly already certifications in the security industry such as CPP or PSP
- 30% willingness to travel in the DACH region
